Turnkey interior projects are executed based on mutually agreed milestone schedules (Design Signoff, Civil Completion, Modular Delivery, and Final Handover). Payments are due upon successful completion of each milestone.
Modular woodwork warranties (up to 10 years) cover manufacturing defects, termite resistance, and hardware mechanisms as specified in the client agreement. Normal wear and tear or post-handover water flooding is excluded.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
