Initial design consultation tokens are fully adjustable against the final project execution value. If a client cancels before 3D conceptualization commences, a nominal administrative fee may be deducted and the remainder refunded within 7 business days.
Once 3D designs and cut-lists are approved by the client and factory CNC manufacturing commences, custom modular cabinetry and pre-cut stone/quartz items cannot be cancelled or refunded as they are made to custom site dimensions.
In the event of any dissatisfaction during on-site execution, our senior project directors will conduct a joint site audit to rectify any discrepancies according to contract specifications.
